Our On Boarding Program is optional, but is highly encouraged. The Program is a series of four personal training or small group training sessions (up to 3 people) at a discounted rate.
In these 60 minute sessions, we discuss the CrossFit methodology, the importance of nutrition, sleep and recovery, intensity versus consistency and give an in depth tour of every piece of equipment and aspect of the facility. We talk about the importance of warming up, cooling down, proper form and technique, range of motion / mobility and what you can do to help improve each.
The four sessions are broken down by movement groups: bodyweight, pressing, squatting and lifting. We teach you the proper form and mechanics in a private setting with only your bodyweight and/or lightweight implements.
Essentially, we teach you the basics of movements with emphasis on proper form and technique so you feel comfortable and confident to join our CrossFit classes!
